Police Parade Shoprite Looters In Lagos (Photos)


The police has paraded no fewer than 125 Nigerians who were involved in the reprisal attack on South African businesses in Nigeria.

Recall that the reprisal attacks were carried out on South African businesses, especially shoprite stores across Nigeria after the xenophobic attacks news surfaced.

While parading the suspects, the Sangotedo police division in Ajah area also noted that some looted goods were recovered.

Confirming the arrest of 125 suspects, the area Commander of Sangotedo, Gbolahan Olugbemi said that 112 of the suspects were found in possession of the stolen items and have been charged to court.
